Zenkit

The activities feed shows you who made changes to which items or fields, what those changes are, and when they were made. It also shows comments made on items or in collections.

You can view activities on four levels - per item, collection, workspace, or for your whole account.

To view global activities for your whole account, click on the activities icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the side panel.

You can view the activities and comments of a workspace from the workspace settings popup. To view workspace settings, click on the workspace name from inside a collection, or from the Zenkit home page. Then just click on the "Activities" tab.

You can access a collection's activity feed from the speech bubble icon at the top of the page. You can dock the activities feed as a panel in your collection by clicking on the small panel icon in the top right hand corner of the menu.

Learn more about using panels. To see an item's activity feed, expand the item by clicking on it in Kanban, list, mind map, or calendar view, or by clicking on the expansion icon in table view. Scroll to the bottom of the detail panel to view activities.

The activity feed is also where you can add and view comments. If you want to see only comments, click on "Activity" to open a dropdown menu, then click "Comments".
If you choose "Changes" you'll only see changes made to the item, and not comments.
