You can export an entire project to a .csv file with a few clicks. Open the project settings by clicking on the project name while it is open. Select the "Export as CSV file" option from the menu.

Select what information you want to include in the CSV file.

Keep rich text will keep the HTML and Markdown formatting in the CSV file. Please note that this may cause problems when viewing the CSV.

Include comments will include the task comments in a separate column.

Include checklists will create a column with all checklists from the tasks.

Wrap values in quotation marks will enclose the information from all fields in quotes, e.g. '02.01.2018' instead of just 02.01.2018. This can be used as a last resort if your CSV is not displaying correctly, as punctuation marks such as commas or semicolons are used as separators and so are included in the text.

Include archived tasks also exports all archived tasks within the project.

Select a separator from the drop-down menu. You can choose between comma, semicolon, colon, space, or tab. We recommend using commas, semicolons, or tabs.

Selecting the separator used to export your file will help you format it later in your CSV software (like Excel).

If you have a filter applied, you can choose to export only the tasks that match the filter.

Finally, check the format of the CSV export and then choose either "Download file" or "Copy to clipboard".

All fields will be displayed as column headers in the first row of the CSV file. Metadata such as "Created by" and "Created at" will also be included in the file. You can now export all files from your collection within a ZIP file. Click "Download with Files" to create the ZIP file.
