To create a new folder from the mobile app, swipe left on the name of the list you want to add to the new folder.

Tap the "..." button then choose "Move to new Folder".

To create a new folder in the web or desktop app, right click on the name of the list you want to add from the navigation panel and choose "Move to new Folder".
