You can archive lists that you no longer need to see on your main homepage but would like the opportunity to access again in the future.

Archive a list

To archive a list, the list owner should click on the vertical "..." icon that appears when you hover over the list tile on the home page.

You can also archive the list by clicking on the list name while it's open and then on "Archive list".

You will then be asked to confirm that you want to archive the list. Click "Archive" to archive it.

When a list has successfully been archived, you will see a toast notification confirming it.

You can click the tick to make the notification disappear, or click on the open link icon in the bottom right-hand corner to open the list of archived lists in the folder settings.

Restoring an archived list

In case the list has been archived by accident and you want to restore it straight away, you can simply click Cmd/Ctrl Z.

To restore an archived list, open the folder activities by clicking on the folder name on the home page. Choose "Archived Lists" from the panel on the left.

Click on "Restore" to restore the list to the folder.

Note: Only the person who owned the archived list can restore it.

Deleting an archived list

To permanently delete an archived list, open the list of archived lists then click "Delete" next to the list name on the list and confirm the deletion when prompted.

Links to archived lists

If someone tries to access a list that has been archived e.g. by clicking on a link in an email, or by using a saved bookmark in their browser, they will be informed that the list is archived and may be accessed from the folder's settings.
