With our latest big update, we implemented the chat function that you may already know from Zenchat into Zenkit. This way you will have a good overview of tasks and messages simultaneously.
The chat will be accessible by default via the bottom right corner of the screen.
If the chat is not visible here, it can easily be found within the navigation panel. Here you can click on the little speech bubbles (the chat icon), to open the chat.
Removing Chats from your homescreen
Your chats will be visible by default in the bottom right corner of your screen. In case you are done with texting or simply don't want to see the chat icons anymore you can easily close them, by moving your mouse onto the little panel and clicking the "X" icon.
Reopening them works the same way as described above.
Hiding chats and making the icon reappear
In case you don't need chats within Zenkit, you can always deactivate the chat. This way it won't be visible on your homescreen nor the navigation panel.
Hiding chats can be done via your profile settings. You can access them by either opening the navigation panel and choosing "Settings" or by clicking on your profile icon in the bottom left corner of the screen.
As soon as the settings have been opened, you can scroll to the "Navigation" section.
Here you will again see the little chat icon and a toggle right next to it. As long as the toggle is green, the chat is activated and visible. To hide the chat from all your menus, simply click the green toggle. It should turn grey. The chat then won't be visible anymore.
