The fastest way of permanently deleting a list would be via the list settings. You can either access them by clicking the list name within the opened list or by hovering over the list icon on the start screen, clicking the "..." icon and "Settings".

Scroll to the very bottom of the "Settings" section and select the "Permanently delete List" option in the action menu.

Please note, deleting a list is an irreversible action. Once you’ve deleted a collection, it cannot be recovered. Click "Delete" to confirm.

Only the list owner will be able to delete a list. To learn more about permissions, read the guide to user permissions.
