Zenkit Portfolios offer powerful grouping, sorting, and filtering options to help you customize your view and manage your data efficiently. This guide will walk you through the steps to use these features effectively.
Grouping
Grouping allows you to organize your portfolio view by specific properties. This helps in structuring data for better clarity.
How to Group Your Portfolio:
Open your portfolio in Zenkit on click the grouping icon in the top right corner of the portfolio.
Click on it to open the group menu and select whether you would like to group by project status, owner or priority. Your portfolio will automatically rearrange to display items grouped under the selected property.
To remove grouping, simply click the grouping icon again and select the x on the right side of the group. You can also add more groups to the grouping, by clicking "+ Group By" and selecting your desired group.
Sorting
Sorting helps you arrange your portfolio items in ascending or descending order based on specific criteria. Select the sorting icon in the top right corner of the portfolio. Select a property such as due date, priority, or workload.
Choose whether you want to sort in Ascending or Descending order by clicking the sorting icon again.
Your portfolio view will update accordingly. In addition to managing the sorting direction, you can remove sorting by clicking the "x" within the sorting menu or sort your portfolio by multiple criteria when clicking "+ Sort by" and adding more options.
Filtering
Filtering enables you to focus on specific items by applying conditions to your portfolio data. Select the little funnel in the top right corner above your portfolio.
Define the criteria for the filter (e.g., show only "High Priority" projects or "Completed" tasks). The portfolio view will update to display only the items that match your filter criteria. To remove a filter, simply click on the X next to the applied filter.
Using grouping, sorting, and filtering in Zenkit Portfolios helps you stay organized and quickly access the most relevant information. Try customizing your portfolio view to suit your workflow!
